Happiness Advantage
The Lakeview Staff goes Orange as we celebrate our 21-Day Commitment to Happiness!
#everybodyin
Our motto this year is "Everybody In." Our motto was inspired by the Chicago Cubs, so we signed helmets to show our commitment to being all in. Teachers, students, and parents are all in at Lakeview!

Principal’s Message for March 15, 2019

Lions,

Happy Friday!  We have had another great week here are Lakeview.  A peak moment of the week was attending McTeacher Night sponsored by our PTA.  The students loved seeing their teachers serving them at McDonalds!

Report Cards

Trimester Two Report Cards will go live online on Wednesday, March 20. Report cards are a great opportunity to reflect with your child on their academic progress. Remember that you can access your child’s report card by signing into the Parent Portal.

2019-2020 Registration

Registration for the 2019/2020 year will be available through the parent portal starting Monday, April 1, 2019. If you do not have a parent portal account, you should receive an email on March 15 with instructions and a link to sign up for one.

Beginning this year, the district is contracting with a third-party vendor to automatically verify student address information. If your residency is verified electronically, you will not need to submit any additional paperwork to certify that you live within the district’s boundaries. To verify residency, the vendor will use a parent’s name and address to crosscheck the information against electronic databases from other organizations, such as utility companies.

We anticipate most addresses will be verified electronically. If we cannot verify your address electronically, we will send you a letter detailing what additional information you will need to provide in order to register your child for the upcoming school year.
